Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (such as sale events or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent premium courier service. Standard delivery within the contiguous United Kingdom typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@narovella.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. NAROVELLA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to make corrections before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage.
